All purchases — group sessions, monthly subscriptions, individual sessions, courses, and recordings — are final. We do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, for any reason, including missed sessions or unused access.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to that period’s session. Payments already made are not refunded.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled by us

If we must cancel or reschedule a session, your payment will be applied to the rescheduled or next available session.
