Please note: the session room is up one flight of stairs with no elevator, and there are small dogs in the building.
Cancellation. Sixty-minute sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. BQH sessions require 72 hours, since they hold an entire morning. One free reschedule per booking.
