A live, 2-hour guided group session with Anne Marie — hypnosis, EFT tapping, and guided meditation to help you relax, reset, and reconnect. From wherever you are, on Zoom, on the last Sunday of every month.

How it works

  1. Reserve your spot below. A one-time payment of $20 covers this month’s 2-hour session, held the last Sunday of the month from 4 to 6 PM Eastern.
  2. Check your email. You’ll get a confirmation right away with everything you need to know. If it doesn’t appear within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder — and mark it “not spam” so your session link lands in your inbox.
  3. Join the session. Your private Zoom link arrives by email around 3 PM Eastern on session day — about an hour before we begin. Find a quiet, comfortable spot — no camera required.
